UAE weather: Rains expected; Dubai temperatures to dip to 21ºC

UAE residents can expect light rainfall on Sunday (April 5), according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Weather conditions will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a probability of light rainfall over islands and some coastal and northern areas.

The NCM has forecast unstable weather conditions across the country until April 10, accompanied by chances of rainfall and increased wind activity.

Temperatures in Abu Dhabi and Dubai will drop to as low as 21ºC, while both cities will see highs of 28ºC.

Winds will be light to moderate southeasterly, turning northwesterly and freshening at night over the sea, with a speed of 15-25kmph and reaching up to 40kmph.
