Spanning 100,000 square feet, the facility produces up to 120,000 litres of liquid dairy per day, supported by advanced processing technologies, rigorous quality assurance systems, and globally recognised food safety protocols.
Designed with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability in mind, the facility is powered by solar energy, generating an annual capacity of 100,000kWh. This clean-energy integration reflects Nutridor’s commitment to responsible manufacturing, reduced environmental impact, and zero-waste practices — fully aligned with the UAE’s national sustainability and industrial development vision.
These efforts have earned Nutridor the prestigious “Sustainable Manufacturer of the Year 2025” award from the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MOIAT) at the MIITE event, reinforcing its position as a benchmark for sustainable dairy manufacturing in the region.
To support growing demand across the GCC, Africa, and international markets, Nutridor is commissioning an additional processing line, effectively doubling its production capacity.
