According to the Daily Mail, Khun Nam, 57, sustained an inch-long cut to her face after the being attacked by the bull who escaped the ring at the bullfight she was attending in Trang province in Southern Thailand.
Video shows panicked spectators scattering after the bull managed to smash through the wooden barrier into the seating area.
Nam was luckily able to avoid serious injuries after the bull's horns narrowly missed her arm and got tangled in her shirt instead.
The bull was recaptured later in a nearby paddock.
Bullfighting is a popular sport in Thailand, but the events are poorly regulated.
