Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan assets witnessed 26 per cent drop in Financial Year 2019-20 to Rs80.6 million as compared to Rs108 million (Dh2.5 million) in FY 2018-19, according to an Election Commission of Pakistan report for 2019-20 financial year.
In addition, the cricketer-turned-politician has a foreign account with total deposits of $331,230, Rs50.6 million in local bank account, Rs10.9 million in cash and four goats worth Rs200,000.
The prime minister doesn’t own any business or property abroad.
The prime minister has inherited a seven-kanal house in Lahore’s Zaman Park worth Rs40.5 million, a 300-kanal house Bani Gala, a six-kanal plot in Mohra Noori worth Rs0.5 million and five inherited plots in Mianwali, Bhakkar, Sheikhupura and Khanewal.
Moreover, the premier owns two apartments in Islamabad’s Constitution Avenue, with a value of Rs10.2 million.
His liabilities include more than Rs70 million loan that he obtained against his 80-kanal land in Ferozwala.
Meanwhile, Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi owns four properties in Pakistani cities of Pakpattan, Oakara and Islamabad (Bani Gala). Her one property in Sheikhupura was sold for Rs70 million.

According to the Election Commission, opposition leader Shehbaz Sharif owns assets worth Rs240 million (Dh5.5 million) while former president and PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari controls Rs670 million (Dh15.5 million) worth of assets. Zardari’s son and chairman of PPP Bilawal Zardari controls Rs1.58 billion (Dh36.6 million) worth of assets.
