Mother applies glue on child's lips to stop him from crying

A woman allegedly applied glue on her son's lips to stop him from crying.
According to a report in NDTV, the incident took place in the city of Chhapra, located in Bihar.
The woman did so while the child's father was away. He found the child to be quiet and noticed some froth coming out of his mouth after he came back home.
On being questioned by him, the woman said that she put glue on the child's lips as he was crying all the time and that she did it to prevent him from doing so.
The child was hospitalized later and is out of danger now.
