The UAE has strongly condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a bus belonging to the Internal Security Forces in the Damascus countryside in Syria.
The incident led to multiple injuries of officials in the forces.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reiterated the UAE’s strong condemnation of such criminal acts and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability.

The ministry expressed the UAE’s solidarity with Syria and its people over this heinous attack, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
Just last week, the Emirates condemned the Israeli raids on Abu Al Duhur Military Airbase in Idlib Governorate in Syria. It also reaffirmed its categorical rejection of any infringement on the sovereignty of Syria or threats to its security and stability.
The nation called on the international community to take immediate action to halt the repeated attacks on Syrian territory and to stop the escalation and any actions that could heighten regional tensions and threaten regional and international peace and security.
