The JuD, through its official Twitter account, not only appealed for donations for itself but also for Falah-i-Insaniyat (Well being of humanity) Foundation, an organisation of JuD formed in the aftermath of the UNSC sanctions.

The JuD, which is allegedly the charitable front and the political arm of Al Qaeda-linked Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), had earlier disowned Falah-i-Insaniyat.
