Watch: Tourist rescued after getting stranded while hiking in Oman wadi

Authorities in Oman carried out a rescue mission after a tourist got stranded in one of the Sultanate's mountain ranges while hiking, the Royal Oman Police announced on Monday.

Police aviation, along with the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority, rescued French tourist after he got injured while hiking in Wadi Shab in the Niyabat of Tiwi in the Wilayat of Sur.

The hiker was then taken to Khoula Hospital for treatment.
