Kuwait says two navy soldiers killed during 'operation' by armed forces

The Kuwaiti army said two navy soldiers were killed on Monday during an "operation" by the Gulf country's armed forces. The army did not provide details on the circumstances of the soldier's death.

The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces, in a statement, mourned Sergeant Walid Majid Sulaiman, who was martyred on Monday evening while carrying out his duty as part of the national missions entrusted to the armed forces.

The authority also mourned the martyr of combat operations, Sergeant Abdulaziz Abdulmohsen Dakhil Nasser, who was killed the same evening while performing his duty within the framework of the armed forces’ national responsibilities. They prayed for the two martyrs and their families and loved ones.
