Kuwait denies incident off Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port, urges residents to rely on official sources

Kuwait has denied an incident taking place off the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port, the Ministry of Interior said in a statement on Thursday, March 5, as the Iran attacks Gulf countries amid the ongoing Israel-US-Iran war.

The authority refuted the rumours that were circulated through some social media outlets and sites, while confirming it was "untrue".

Meanwhile, it clarified that the incident referred to actually took place outside the territorial waters of Kuwait, at a distance of no less than 60km from Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port.
