Being forced to move out by your landlord can be quite upsetting. So, when Scottish actor Sandy Batchelor faced a similar situation along with a demand from his landlord to record a walkthrough video of the apartment before leaving, he decided to take "hilarious" revenge.

Batchelor obeyed his landlord and filmed the video giving a tour of the house, albeit with a little twist. He shared a witty caption: 'Our letting agent asked us to make a video of the flat we are basically being forced out of. I wish them the very best of luck'.

The footage includes cautionary signs for prospective tenants, pointing out all the faults in the house like "you will hate it here!" and "there is a ghost" put up in the apartment, reported HT.

The video begins with Batchelor giving a glimpse of the apartment's living space as Batchelor is heard saying: "This is the living room and all this is coming with us, as the flat comes unfurnished", according to reports in NDTV.

Batchelor's video on Twitter has gone massively viral amassing over 7 million views since being shared three days ago.
