Security and medical officials say a roadside bombing in Egypt has killed two policemen and wounded 24 others.
Police Brig. Gen. Khaled Al Hameed says the blast targeted a bus carrying conscripts in the Nile Delta province of Beheira early Monday morning. Deputy Health Minister Alaa El Deen confirmed the casualty figure.
No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
Attacks on police and military personnel have become increasingly common outside of the restive north Sinai.
