Bollywood star Katrina Kaif joins Instagram

And an ex-beau was among the first to welcome her there

Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif took some time to open up to the idea of sharing her life on social media - but after finding her way around Facebook in 2016, she has finally made her Instagram debut with a bang.

The 'Bang Bang' star made her Facebook debut on her 33^rd birthday last year (July 16, 2016) and joined Instagram on Thursday with this casual - but pretty - beach picture:

Her first picture has already received nearly 400,000 likes and 16,646 comments at the time of filing this report.

She has already received 694,000 followers and is also following 30 people including Priyanka Chopra, Beyonce, Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra among other stars.
