Royal Ranches Marrakech covers approximately 380 hectares located in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. The Bahrain Financial Exchange (BFX), the first multi-asset exchange in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, has announced the launch of a series of educational workshops titled “Understanding the Financial Derivatives Markets from Theory to Practice” for university students in Bahrain.
The workshops shall be conducted to the top 20 students specialising in the field of finance from the Royal University for Women (RUW) and the University College of Bahrain (UCB) on March 29 and April 2 respectively.
Commenting on the occasion, Arshad Khan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the BFX and the BFX Clearing and Depository Corporation (BCDC), said: “Offering direct interactions with the experts and core executors of the Exchange is a unique and valuable experience for the university students.
The financial derivatives markets are an important part of the global finance industry offering substantial business and employment opportunities.”

Bomahr to have New Health Centre
The Ministry of Works has announced the construction of a new health centre in Halat Bomahr in Muharraq which will commence in mid April with total cost of BD 4.594.521 and an area of 13.674 square metres. It will be the largest of its kind in the city.
The first floor includes dental clinics, clinic for child care . It also has physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services.
It also contains meeting rooms, education, medical and administrative offices, stores and services and the chamber for sample collection, laboratory.
The stairs have been made in such a way in the building to facilitate the access of patients to all the existing partitions in the first and second rounds.
They can have access to clinics, clinical examination and the department of women and children’s dental clinic in addition to administrative offices and showrooms, medical education, training and meeting rooms.development.
