A Yemeni baby born on an EgyptAir flight will be able to fly for free for the rest of her life.
The Egyptian carrier gifted the child with a free-for-life air ticket as it congratulated her mother, Hayam Nasr Nagi Daaban, in Munich, Germany.
Daaban was travelling on the London-bound EgyptAir flight MS777 from Cairo, when she suddenly felt she was about to give birth.
As soon as he was informed, pilot Rushdy Zakaria, head of EgyptAir Holding Company, decided to carry out an emergency landing in Munich, hoping they would reach a hospital in time.

The mother, however, couldn't hold it any longer and delivered the baby girl mid-air.
Despite the challenge, Zakaria said it was a pleasure to welcome a precious blessing on board.
