Earlier reports suggested that a magnitude 4.1 earthquake jolted Gurawara, a town close to Haryana's Gurugram, located in the National Capital Region. More details on the impact of the quake are being awaited.
Yesterday, July 9, heavy rains battered Delhi, causing waterlogging across major roads. Reports revealed that rush hour commuters found themselves stuck in traffic early Thursday morning as well.
Some reports said that at least six flights had been diverted last evening owing to bad weather — this included four flights to Jaipur and two to Lucknow.
