Trump invites Egypt's Sisi, Turkey's Erdogan to join Gaza 'Board of Peace'

US President Donald Trump has sent invites to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan to join the so-called "Board of Peace" for Gaza.
Egypt is reviewing the invitation, the foreign minister said in a press conference on Saturday. The board is set to supervise the temporary governance of Gaza, which has been under a fragile ceasefire since October.

The White House on Friday announced some members of the Board of Peace, which Trump will chair.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan was announced as one of the members of "Gaza Executive Board," along with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner.
