Describe your work in a sentence.

I have a sporadic schedule between office management, client meetings, business travels, production house visits and more. In short, I'm an orchestra conductor putting each note in its place.

The biggest learning point or experience in your life.

I am a strong believer in business partnerships. So, find someone that you can trust who has the same drive as you and complements you. You are always stronger as a team.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I juggle a lot of responsibilities but I enjoy the challenge. When it comes to what I love most about my job, the top three things would be the following:

A. Creating new enterprises and seeing them come to life.

B. Constantly building strong relationships with our investors.

C. Hiring and putting together a strong team to get the job done.

What advice would you give your younger self, if you could?

Enjoy every step of the journey and don't take life too seriously!

The number one item on your wish list.

I actually have two important things on my wish list - a healthy and happy family and leaving a legacy. The latter is what I am currently working to achieve.

If you could move to any place in the world, what place would that be?

I would spend six months in Barcelona and six months in Bali - a perfect blend of culture and beach life.

Favourite fictional character of all time - and why.

Robin Hood! He is a protagonist and an antagonist at the same time. He steals from the rich and gives to the poor. Who could forget that feather hat, long-sleeve shirt, vest, gauntlet gloves, boots and tight pants? Classic! Plus, he is highly skilled and able to execute plans with military precision.

The best thing you have ever bought yourself?

My first mobile phone, when I was 11 years old. My parents never wanted to buy me one because they were against technology when I was a child. So what I did was save enough money and purchase my first Motorola mobile phone. My parents quickly realised how wise my purchase was and that has stayed with me to this day.

Name a superpower you wish you had?

I would want to read people's minds. I think it would allow everyone to be a lot more honest and straight forward. Sometimes, you wonder what people are thinking and find it very difficult to understand them. Being able to do so would solve a lot of problems.

If you were head of your country, what is the first thing you'd do?

I would work on education, equality and women's rights.
