HIIT-ING RECORDS
Did someone say a free HIIT class? With the Dubai Fitness Challenge on our heels, the city is attempting to set another Guinness World Record with the world's largest high-intensity (HIIT) class on October 26 at Skydive Dubai. Fitness star Joe Wicks, aka 'The Body Coach', will guide and motivate the city's residents to cross that figurative finish line. Halloween for the teenies
