Let there be sparkle
Old Delhi's art and cultural heritage has inspired many jewellery designs. And now Art Karat brings The Haveli Jewellery Show to Dubai in order to offer a peek into those traditions. An oral tribute
Ismat Chughtai's writings have been revisited and reimagined many times. And now Dastangoi performers Sunil Mehra and Askari Naqvi are all set to pay a tribute to the legendary Urdu writer's works through a Dastangoi performance. Dastangoi is an old form of oral storytelling. Mehra and Naqvi will perform at The Junction (Alserkal Avenue) on November 24 (show timings are 5 pm and 8 pm). Heal the mind
Founder of Art of Living Foundation Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will be in Dubai for a two-day meditation masterclass called 'Unveiling Infinity' on November 16 and 17 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The techniques taught in the masterclass will enable you to let go of deep-rooted tensions. There will be powerful breathing techniques, meditation and yoga apart from direct interaction with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar himself.
