CogniFit Brain Fitness (iOS, Free)
Improve your cognitive abilities, such as memory and concentration, with this app that features fun games developed by neuroscientists. You can track your  progress and access insights about overall brain health. After an initial quiz, the app adapts each game's difficulty to your profile and spending just 20 minutes, two to three times a week, playing the games helps improve mental abilities.

Personal Zen (iOS, Free)
This game helps you reduce anxiety by training your brain to focus more on the positive and less on the negative. Developed by Dr Dennis and researchers from Hunter College and the City University of New York, the free app can help you relieve stress even after just a single session of play. It works best right before a stressful event!

Happify (iOS, Free)
This app uses the fundamentals of positive psychology to help you focus on strengths and virtues and ignore the negatives. In doing so, you build up your ability to conquer negative thoughts, show gratitude, cope with stress, and empathise, which all lead to making you happier and mentally stronger. The app features quizzes, polls and a gratitude journal to help you smile more and worry less.

Sport Performance Assessment (iOS, Dh14)
This is for the athletes out there who want to get the most out of their performance. Use this app, specially designed by a doctor named Chris Stankovich, to test your mental toughness in just a few minutes and help you reach your full athletic potential, while also staying calm in high pressure situations.

Higher Brain Function Hypnosis (Android, Dh14)
This app helps you let go of worry and stress, and refocus your mind to the tasks at hand. "Mental clarity" is what hypnotherapist Erick Brown offers, plus all the benefits of a hypnosis session in the palm of your hand! Listen to the app at any time of day to clear your mind and think more clearly. It's easy to use, relaxing, and employs a technique proven to give lasting results.
