They had multiple functions — a sangeet, registered marriage, an exchange of vows, and receptions in Mumbai and New Delhi. Most of the bride’s outfits were designed by her friend Manish Malhotra, except for the gharara she wore for the exchange of vows; it belonged to her mother-in-law and was restored by Ritu Kumar. Raghavendra Rathore designed the groom’s outfits. All the events were strictly private, given how glitzy the guest list was. Most of Bollywood was there, of course, but the Delhi reception also saw a lot of political biggies marking attendance.

Lara Dutta Bhupathi’s new line of ethnic fashion wear
Known for her easy, chic and elegant style, the former Miss Universe is set to launch her own line of ethnic wear. This multi-tasking mom who has her hand in many pies — acting, producing films, and a fitness DVD — is a smart businesswoman too. Just in time for the festive season, her line of clothing should not have a tough time flying off the shelves, considering she has quite a posse of fashionable friends, and is well respected for her personal style. She tweeted a picture of herself in one of her outfits, and while we’re wondering why someone who usually opts for dresses and such would design an ethnic line, we’re waiting to see what the collection looks like!

Vishal Bhardwaj's Upcoming Film
The past couple of weeks have seen Imran Khan, Anushka Sharma and Pankaj Kapur making in-character appearances that got everyone talking. It’s not everyday that you get to see your favourite chocolate boy dressed as a rustic villager. The movie in question here is Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, a drama comedy which has been written and directed by the critically acclaimed Vishal Bhardwaj. A story of a wealthy industrialist who loves his alcohol, the film also stars Arya Babbar and Shabana Azmi.
Jessica and Justin wed
Another couple who tied the knot after being together for five years, committed to each other in a fancy wedding in Naples, Italy. The festivities took place in a beautiful ancient fortress-like resort which was decorated entirely with white flowers exclusively for the couple. Timberlake went all out to ensure no one knew of the location, by flying in all the guests from Germany to this top-secret location. We can’t wait to see the pictures!
