UNOT & Friends
The most beloved - and easiest - card game is a great social experience, and is no less so online. Enjoy multiplayer formats, play in tournaments, in 2vs2 mode, and also use the Boosts and Champions elements to add strategy to the game. You can even play using virtual currency.
Battleship
Another oldie but cult favourite, even Millennials can enjoy this one thanks to its updated take. For the uninitiated, the game is all about attempting to sink your opponent's naval fleet. You can really battle it out, side-by-side, with other iOS users + Super Weapons mode and Multiplayer. For Android users, similar apps are Warship and BattleFriends at Sea.
Monopoly
You don't have to miss out on your favourite board game just because you no longer live with your family, or your friends don't have the time to sit around and play for hours. Buy Boardwalk, break the bank and trade properties like crazy. just don't go to jail! Enabled with animated features, you can play three levels of difficulty and manage your investments hands-on. Play with others on WiFi, and four people can even play on the same iPad.
Jenga
Probably the most fun party game ever, the iOS version of this rocking block game gives you the same concept - stack the traditional tower of blocks together and then piece it apart without causing it to collapse. The physical dynamics of the swaying blocks are pretty decent on the app, and you can stack solo, have a go at someone else online, compete in multi-player, or even play arcade mode.
