I’ve seen that you often recommend rosemary oil, and I have been hunting for it all around town, but haven’t found it anywhere. Please tell me where I can buy it from. -Reena

Rosemary oil is an aromatherapy oil, and is available at Spinneys and Waitrose supermarkets, nutrition shops and all major pharmacies. You can also check Lifestyle.

I am an 11-year-old girl, and I have tiny pimples on either sides of my nose. It looks like a pimple-like allergy and has not gone for about four months. Please help me. - Benita

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you exactly what it is till I see it. I suggest you get a dermatologist to check it out. The safest thing to use is usually tea tree oil, which clears the infection and disinfects the skin.

I am 27 years old, and I have very dark complexion and dry skin — not only on my face, but my entire body. The problem worsens in the winter. Also, my hair is dry, lustreless, grows slowly, and has a lot of split ends. Please give me a solution to my problems. - Name withheld

Avocado is very nourishing for both hair and skin. Take out the pulp of
a ripe avocado and smoothen it. Add a little lemon juice, and rub this mix on your face, hair and body. Leave
it on for an hour, rinse with warm
water, followed by a cold rinse. This will really help improve your skin and hair quality.

I am a 16-year-old girl who used to have fair, spotless and even skin, but now I have lots of spots, and an uneven tone. Please tell me what I can do to fix this. - Resna

I suggest you rub a juicy tomato on your skin regularly, and leave it on overnight. Do it for about 10 days in a row, and you will notice that your skin has brightened, will feel smooth and look beautiful.

I need your help! Every other day,
I spot a new pimple coming up either around my nose, or on my upper
lip, and it leaves a scar. I have tried a couple of face washes and creams, but nothing has worked. Please tell me what I can do in order to avoid these pimples and scars. - Sonali

I have put together a treatment that will help control the pimples, cleanse the skin and avoid scarring. Take a quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and add honey and lemon juice in equal proportion. Apply this on the skin, and rinse with cold water after a couple of hours. If possible, leave it on overnight for better results.
