My hands are really rough and dry, no matter how many creams I apply. Please give me a suitable remedy.
- Ankit
Applying a daily scrub made of sugar, honey and glycerine on your hands a couple of times a day will help exfoliate the dry skin, and smoothen and soften skin. Also, after every hand wash with soap, take two drops of almond oil and massage onto damp hands; this will protect them from getting rough and dry.
I am 22 years old. I recently had a face cleanup (about a few weeks ago). Now, I find I have black spots on my nose because of the blackhead removal. Please suggest a way to remove these black spots.

Rub a slice of tomato on the nose, and leave on overnight. Do this daily, and your nose will gradually be cleared of the marks, while acquiring a clear and smooth texture.

I am a 13-year-old girl. I have a few problem areas: the back of my neck is dark; I want shiny and long hair; and I have a lot of painful pimples on my face. Please suggest some natural remedies.

Make a purée with ripe strawberries and oats powder; apply this smooth paste on the neck and face to clear pimples, lighten skin tone, and improve skin condition. Do this every day; skin will improve and pimples will clear. Brush hair twice a day to activate the natural oils; brushing will also add shine and activate hair growth. Massage coconut milk twice a week into hair and leave on for 1 hour before shampooing off; this too will help with hair growth and make it healthy and shiny.

I am a 13-year-old boy. I want to colour my hair dark brown for my friend's birthday party, and want to do so using a natural treatment. Please suggest one that uses ingredients that can be found easily.

Coffee is an excellent hair colourant. Add coffee powder to aloe vera gel, and make a smooth paste; add two capsules of Vitamin E oil to it, and apply this mask to your hair. Leave on for three hours and rinse off with just water; two days later, shampoo hair with mild shampoo. Done every week, your hair will have a rich brown colour. and what's more, it's all natural!

During winters, my skin starts peeling but in a very weird, thread-like way. This happens mainly on the soles of my feet. Why does this happen and do you have a solution for me?
- Gurpreet
This skin condition may be due to lack of water intake or tight-fitted shoes that don't let the feet breathe. Brush your soles with a dry brush; then, massage it with a mix of half-a-teaspoon castor oil, 1 teaspoon glycerine, and half-a-teaspoon lime juice. Wear cotton socks, and leave on overnight. Do this daily for best results.
