Strides
If you're aiming to make some strides this year, the Strides app is just the thing for you! This goal-tracking programme helps you monitor your. ahem, resolution-keeping progress. Not just for one goal, but multiple ones, with the aid of flexible reminders, beautiful charts and graphs, a dashboard, and four key pointers to track with: Target, Average, Milestones & Habit.
Goal Tracker
Get a virtual pick me up with this, very literally-named app. With an easy-to-use interface and minimalist style, it tracks your progress on multiple resolutions, like Strides, and works similarly too. Just put down all your plans/goals for the upcoming year, and you will be jolted with friendly reminder pings everyday to make sure you're meeting them
Habit List
So we had to have at least one 'list' in here, and Habit List is a slightly offbeat tracking app, giving you flexibility with your schedules. You can pick specific and non-specific days, or intervals to practice/follow your habit. Though it might seem purpose-defeating, you can even skip habits when you want a break, and resume later.
If you're not really the self-motivated sort (like some of us reading this) and need a push to work towards your goals, this one's for you. Coach.me - previously known as Lift - is both a goal-tracking and habit-forming app, with a social sharing component (we have to show off those lost kilos and yoga headstands, don't we?). You can also share your progress, plus ask other users for advice, or even find a real-life coach online! Pros: clean interface, statistical feedback. Cons: Slow to load and operate.
