I am a 13-year-old girl and interested in sports. Regular practice during the summer has tanned my body. Can you suggest a remedy so I can regain my natural skin tone?

When going out to play sports, make sure you wear a sunblock 20 minutes before you step out of the house. After you are back home, apply a mixture of aloe vera gel and lemon juice and leave this on your skin for a minimum of 20 minutes (you can leave it on overnight to clear the tan and get brighter skin). Do this every day - even on days you do not go out in the sun.
I am a 13-year-old girl and I have a thick growth of hair above my lip. I tried using a scrub of tomato puree with rice and oats powder but it did not make much of a difference. Also, my underarms are really dark. Can you please suggest effective and quick remedies to get rid of these problems?

If the hair on the upper lip is soft and light, it will fall off when you use a sugar and oats paste. However, if the hair is thick, waxing or laser treatment is the best remedy. To lighten the underarm area, rub potato juice on it and leave overnight for best results.

Take two pairs of tea bags - one warm and one chilled - and rest them on the eyes for five minutes each, alternating between the two. Do this every day till you are happy with the results.
I am 16 years old and I have very short and thin hair compared to other girls my age. It takes a long time for my hair to grow and when it does, it's so thin that I can't leave my hair open. It is starting to affect my confidence. Please help.

Thick, healthy hair can be yours only if your diet is balanced. Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily and brush your hair twice a day to help circulation. Take one tablespoon of castor oil and one tablespoon of coconut oil or almond oil and mix the two. Add 12 drops of rosemary oil to this and massage it onto your scalp. This should be done twice a week, after you have brushed your hair. Follow it up with a hair wash, using a gentle shampoo.
I am a 35-year-old working woman and I have been reading your beauty tips for quite a long time. The areas near my neck and waist are quite dark. Please suggest a home remedy for this problem.

Coconut oil is amazing for skin lightening. Before you go to bed, apply it onto your neck and waist and leave overnight. Your skin will lighten as well as smoothen.
