Anything Italian has me dewy-eyed, so when I heard of Bvlgari's new fragrance Goldea, The Roman Night, I was like "bellissimo" (little wonder Bella Hadid is the 'muse' ). It has a "chypre floral musk scent", and I could be queen of the night. Besides, I'd been scouting for a 'night perfume'. Just what I needed!

Bombay Brasserie is lovely... and now, I'm loving it a little bit more - ever since I heard about the new lunch thali BRUNCH! How's that for innovation? It's available every day between 12.30pm to 3.00pm, and since I'm quite tired of brunch buffets, a thali would be right up my gastronomic street. Sarson Maach (Scottish salmon with mustard), Dahi Pakodi (lentil dumplings with dry mango and melon seed relish) and more goodies - here I come!

From couch potato to chair potato
Just like you have statement neckpieces, you have statement chairs... you know, that one piece of furniture that's a standout? Well, it should be a chair because you can sit on it, and feel it, instead of just gazing longingly at some antique bookshelf. This monarch accent chair looks stunning, amazing colours... I'd have liked a pair of arm rests - those that hug you, in case you doze off - but what swings its case is the price point. Unbeatable! I can make a statement without my bank statement looking depleted.

Okay people, this is a lotion dispenser, but I'm going to use it as a handwash dispenser. This is what I needed on my bathroom dresser to make me feel happy - love the yellow and the ear-to-ear beam! Imagine being in hot pursuit of happiness first thing in the morning: as you wake up and head straight to the bathroom to brush your teeth, Mr Smiley gives you the good morning vibe.

A no-tangles clean-up drive
A few years ago, I owned a vacuum cleaner. Every time I used it (once a week), I'd get tangled in the wire. I started hating it, and junked it (my cleaner took it away, happily). Panasonic has now come out with a cordless cleaner that's supposed to be very efficient (has dust sensors even). It only needs to be charged, and from then on it'll be like I'm playing golf. Time for some hoovering?
