We know how hard it is to pick the perfect outfit for a special occasion. But just in time for the wedding season is Numaish's Winter Show, which will be showcasing bridal and party wear in particular. The fashion exhibition will take place from 11am-9pm today (Dec 8) at the Godolphin Ballroom, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, and will be brimming with pieces from leading Indian designers. Expect everything from intricate traditional wear to funky fusion outfits as well as accessories and jewellery from names like Jayanti Reddy, Shahin Mannan, SOUP by Sougat Paul, Rahul and Anushka and Rajat Tangri. Happy shopping!
Take home your turkey
There's something incredibly festive about a turkey dinner. However, slaving in front of the oven isn't exactly desirable. Which is why Jumeirah Restaurant Group is offering takeaways! You can now pick up a fully cooked traditional American smoked turkey (with sides): 6kg for Dh650 or 11kg for Dh895 from Perry & Blackwelder's. Or how about an 8kg Arabian-inspired turkey, with all the sides, from Al Nafoorah? Looking for something more exotic? Segreto's has an Italian-inspired 6kg and 9kg turkey for Dh575 and Dh845 respectively. Be sure to place your order at  www.festivefunderland.com 48 hours in advance. Happy feasting!
