As kids, my brother and I used to look forward to Sundays. Those were typical family days where breakfast was usually made by us, homemade burgers being our little treat (my mother's tricks always worked) followed by a few hours of WWE (my brother used to always try those stunts on me). In the evening, my dad would take us for a long drive and a meal outside. My childhood was simple but so beautiful.
I would happily pack my bags and move to Spain. There's something about that country that attracts me. Maybe it's the beautiful weather, local towns, delicious paella, foot-tapping music, happy vibe, Gaudi's architecture, cobbled streets or the insane nightlife that makes this country a perfect blend of history, culture and life. I think I must have been Spanish in my past life!
Working for a magazine. It was something that I always wanted to try and I was lucky enough to get a fabulous opportunity to work at ITP. It was one of my best decisions ever. The two years I spent there were definitely the biggest learning experiences in my life.
Learning a new language would be on top of my list. For a traveller like me, it just makes it easier to interact with locals and get the real experience. Spanish and Arabic are on my current wish list.
Always listen to your heart and do not procrastinate. Don't wait for things to happen - there will never be a right time. You have to get up and do it yourself and don't act like you have a thousand years to fulfill your dreams. It's now or never!
There's something about ancient Greece that fascinates me. The myths, stories, mystical tales, and legends of Zeus, Athena, Apollo, Achilles and Hercules are all so intriguing. I would love to witness the beginnings of Greek mythology.
Losing my loved ones would be my biggest and only fear. But for me, fear is not real, it's an illusion, a story we tell ourselves. It's just a byproduct of the thoughts we create.
