Is there a natural way to bleach hair - especially on the face? I'm reluctant to start any other hair removal processes, as I don't want my facial fuzz to grow back darker or stronger. Please advise.
- Malini
Lemon juice is a natural bleach. Dilute it with rose water and pat on your face. Leave overnight and it will not only make the facial hair less visible, but will also brighten your skin.

My elbows are very dark because I'm always leaning on my desk at work. Is there any way to make them light?
- Nutan
Almonds are cleansing and brightening skin agents. Crush them into a paste and add some potato juice to make a smooth creamy mask. Apply this to your elbows and leave on to dry. When dry, scrub off. Do this every day for best results.

I am 12 years old. I like reading your column very much. I have very messy hair. It is always very dry and frizzy, but also very thick. Please can you tell me how I can take care of my hair?
- Heba
Thank you for appreciating my column. Massaging coconut milk or avocado into your hair will help smoothen out the frizz. Do this regularly before every shampoo. You must leave the coconut milk or avocado on your hair for at least an hour for silky and smooth hair.

I have freckles on my face and  want to remove them using natural remedies. Please give me some easy suggestions, as I am always on the run and do not have much time to devote to myself for these matters.
- Sandeep
Rub a slice of tomato on your face every night before retiring to bed. Rinse off the next day. Do this regularly and you will see the freckles gradually lighten. Avoid strong sunlight when you step out. Better still, use aloe vera gel or sun protection lotion when out in the sun.
