The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has called for drivers to take all precautions and follow the traffic regulations regarding the chance of fog formation on Thursday morning.
In a statement late on Wednesday evening, the NCM warned about the deterioration of horizontal visibility over some Western inland areas from 1am to 9.30am on Thursday.
The rest of Thursday will be fair to partly cloudy in general, according to the NCM, with a top temperature of 27 degrees in inland areas.
Low clouds will appear over western and eastern areas of the country.
It will become humid by night and Friday morning with a probability of fog or mist formation over some inland areas.
There will be light to moderate winds freshening at times northward.
Conditions will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
