Dense fog blankets the emirates

Dense fog engulfed several parts of Dubai and neighbouring emirates on Sunday morning, reducing visibility on the roads.

The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has warned motorists to be more cautious while driving due to low horizontal visibility owing to fog.

According to NCMS, fair weather in general, and the sky will continue to remain partly cloudy at times, with a gradual and slight rise in temperatures. Winds will be moderate in general, may freshen at times causing blowing dust over the internal exposed areas. The relative humidity will increase during night and early morning times. Sea will be moderate in general, and rough to the north.
