The city and its remote areas remained under clouds throughout the day with brief rains starting late in the afternoon. National Centre for Metrology and Seismology (NCMS), also reported that the partly cloudy weather conditions will continue for the next two days.

The city and its remote areas also witnessed moderate winds refreshing at times and causing dust blow over some open lands.

According to the NCMS, sea waves were moderate, but some times rough over the Arabian Gulf.

The temperatures across the country varied between 13 and 35 degree Celsius. The centre forecast partly cloudy sky on Tuesday with chances of slight rain in the western areas of the country.

“The winds will be moderate in general, freshening at times, causing dust and sand blow over the open land areas. The relative humidity is likely to increase over the coastal and some internal areas during night and early morning. Sea waves will be moderate over the Arabian Gulf,” the Met office said in a statement.

The centre also predicted similar weather condition for Wednesday.
