Yemeni VP thanks UAE for humanitarian, development support

Aden - Yemeni Vice President and Prime Minister Khalid Bahah reciprocated the greetings of the UAE leadership and thanked them for the continuous support to the people of Yemen.

Yemeni Vice President and Prime Minister Khalid Bahah received in Aden today a delegation from the Emirates Red Crescent Authority (ERC), headed by its Secretary General, Dr. Mohammed Atiq Al Falahi.
Al Falahi conveyed to the Yemeni Vice President greetings of the UAE leadership and of Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region and Chairman of the ERC.
During the meeting, the Yemeni Vice President was briefed on the re-construction efforts in Aden.
Al Falahi made a presentation about the educational, healthcare and humanitarian projects developed by ERC in Aden and its eight provinces, which include infrastructure, schools, health centres, power and water plants, in addition to provision of food aid and employment projects for the families of the martyrs.
Bahah reciprocated the greetings of the UAE leadership and thanked them for the continuous support to the people of Yemen.
