UAE weather: Mercury to hit 45ºC in some areas; partly cloudy skies ahead

Residents in the UAE can expect a fair weather on Saturday, April 26, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The weather department noted that while conditions will be fair in general, it can get partly cloudy at times.

Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds will blow across the country. Gusts will be gentle with a speed of 10-20kmph, and may pick up and reach 30kmph.

Temperatures will increase and will hit 45ºC in the internal areas. Dubai and Abu Dhabi will see highs of 39ºC and 42ºC, respectively.

Meanwhile, mercury will dip to 19ºC in the internal areas.

Conditions at sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.
