UAE weather: Rains during the day, dip in temperatures expected

Humidity levels will range from 35 to 70 per cent in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

The skies today will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has said. There is a chance of rainfall during the daytime over some coastal, northern, and eastern areas, it added.

Light to moderate northwesterly winds will blow with a speed of 15-25, reaching 40 kmph. Heavy rains are expected to hit Dubai.

Temperatures could be as high as 30ºC in the country. Mercury is set to rise to 26ºC in Abu Dhabi, 25ºC in Dubai and to 26ºC in Sharjah.

With another decrease in temperatures, they could be as low as 19ºC in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, 18ºC in Sharjah and 13ºC in internal regions. 

Humidity levels will range from 35 to 70 per cent in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. 

Conditions at sea will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman sea.
