UAE weather: Rains in Dubai; temperatures expected to dip

UAE skies on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has said. Temperatures are expected to dip.
There is a chance of light rainfall over some western and coastal areas, and over islands during the day. Some Dubai residents woke up today to light rains over scattered parts of the city.
Light to moderate Northwesterly winds will blow at a speed of 15 – 25, reaching 40 kmph. Temperatures could be as high as 36ºC in the country. Mercury is set to rise to 28ºC in Abu Dhabi and to 26ºC in Dubai.

However, temperatures could be as low as 22ºC in Abu Dhabi and 23ºC in Dubai and 15ºC in mountainous regions.
Humidity levels will range from 35 to 75 per cent in Abu Dhabi and from 30 to 70 per cent in Dubai. Conditions at sea will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman sea.
