UAE weather: Temperatures to rise, rainfall to continue in some areas

It will be humid by night and Saturday morning over some coastal areas

The day on Friday will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has said.

There is a probability of continuity in rainfall over some western and coastal areas and over islands during the day.

Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly winds will blow, with a speed of 10 – 25 km/h, reaching 35 km/h.

Temperatures are likely to increase and could be as high as 35ºC in the country. Mercury is set to rise to 31ºC in Abu Dhabi and 29ºC in Dubai. 

However, temperatures could be as low as 21ºC in Abu Dhabi and 22ºC in Dubai and 13ºC in mountainous regions. 

It will be humid by night and Saturday morning over some coastal areas. Levels will range from 15 to 65 per cent in Abu Dhabi and 45 to 65 per cent in Dubai. 

Conditions at sea will be slight to moderate at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
