Tuesday morning saw UAE residents grabbing their umbrellas and raincoats again as a fresh wave of rains hit the country.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) had earlier predicted two days of rain this week — March 31 and April 1. The department has issued an alert from 7.20am on March 31 to 12.20am on April 1 for the rains.

While the rains are expected to get heavy, the intensity will not match the downpour that residents faced last week.
