UAE weather: Rains likely; Dubai temperatures to dip to 21ºC

UAE residents can expect light rainfall on Sunday (March 8), according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The weather department noted that it will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a probability of light rainfall over some western, coastal areas and islands.

Temperatures in Dubai will reach as high as 29ºC and a low of 21ºC. While Abu Dhabi will see a high of 28ºC and a low of 21ºC.

Light to moderate southwesterly to northeasterly winds are expected to blow across the country. The gusts will be freshening at times, with a speed of 10-25 kmph, reaching up to 35 kmph.
