Cloud cover is decreasing across the emirates, though the weather will remain partly cloudy to cloudy at times over the weekend, with the formation of convective clouds and a chance of rainfall over limited areas on Saturday and Sunday.
Temperatures have dropped noticeably across the country, the NCM said. The weather over the weekend is expected to be cool during the daytime and cold at night, especially over inland and mountainous areas.
Winds are forecast to be active to strong at times, particularly with convective clouds, raising dust and sand and leading to reduced horizontal visibility. Sea conditions will remain rough in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
