UAE weather: Rains likely; temperatures to dip to 15°C in Abu Dhabi

UAE residents can expect light rains on Tuesday morning (January 20), according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The weather department noted that conditions will be fair to -partially cloudy at times over some coastal and northern areas. Temperatures are expected to slightly decrease toward the western regions.

Conditions will be comfortable throughout the country, with temperatures not exceeding 26ºC nationwide. In Abu Dhabi and Dubai, temperatures can drop to 15ºC and 16ºC, respectively, and reach as high as 25ºC for both cities.

Despite this comfortable weather, it will be humid by night and Wednesday morning with a probability of fog or mist formation over some inland areas.

Winds will be light to moderate, freshening gradually over the sea by evening. The sea will be moderate, becoming rough gradually by night in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.
