UAE weather: Partially cloudy skies; temperatures to dip to 9°C

Skies over the UAE will be partly cloudy in general, with low clouds appearing over some coastal areas on Saturday, January 17, 2026, as per the forecast shared by the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Conditions will turn humid by night and Sunday morning over some areas. Moderate to fresh northwesterly winds will blow and turn strong at times, especially over the sea, with a speed of 15–30kmph, reaching 55 kmph.

Temperatures nationwide will range between 9°C and 26°C. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are expected to see a low of 18°C and 20°C, respectively. They will both see a high of 23°C.

The sea will be very rough to rough in the Arabian Gulf and rough to moderate in the Oman Sea.
