UAE weather: Fair to partly cloudy conditions, red alert issued for thick fog

UAE residents can expect fair to partly cloudy weather on February 21, Saturday, according to the country's National Centre of Meteorology.
There is a red alert issued for thick fog from 12.32am to 10am.

Temperatures could be as high as 31ºC in some parts of the country and as low as 11ºC in some other areas. Mercury is expected to rise in Abu Dhabi, with a high of 31ºC and a low of 20ºC. Dubai is to experience a high of 30ºC and a low of 18ºC.

Light to moderate winds will blow in a northeasterly to northwesterly direction. With a speed of 10 to 20 km/h, the winds will freshen at times, reaching speeds of 35 km/h.
The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
