UAE weather: Cloudy day with chance of rain; lowest temperature 9°C

The weather in the UAE on Thursday, December 25, 2025, will be clear to partly cloudy in general.

Some clouds will form over the islands and coastal and northern areas, which may lead to light rainfall.

Earlier, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said that the country will experience generally pleasant and moderate weather from December 25 to 29. During night, conditions will be cool, due to the passage of a weak low-pressure system. The centre explained in a statement that there will be an influx of medium and low clouds, with a chance of light to moderate rain at intervals.

Residents are in for a humid night and Friday morning, especially in the western inland areas. There is a probability of fog forming as well.

Temperatures will range between 17°C and 25°C in Abu Dhabi, 18°C and 26°C in Dubai, and 15°C and 26°C in Sharjah. Lowest temperature in the mountains and internal areas is expected to be 9°C.

Light to moderate winds will blow and conditions at sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, and slight in the Oman Sea.
