UAE weather: Fair to partly cloudy skies; high of 40°C in Dubai

UAE skies on Sunday, August 24, are expected to be fair to partly cloudy over northern and eastern areas by night, as per the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Overall, temperatures are forecast to range between 29°C and 45°C. The mercury will hit a high of 41°C in Abu Dhabi and 40°C in Dubai.

The met authority also said that humidity levels will range between 20 per cent and 85 per cent, reaching up to 75 per cent in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds will blow, occasionally freshening during the day, with speeds of 10–25kmph, reaching up to 35kmph.

The sea will be calm in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.
