Sharjah - Earlier, met department forecast an increase in temperatures today.

Summer rains lashed parts of Sharjah on Saturday.
According to videos and weather alerts posted by the national met department, rain hit parts of Sharjah and Al Ain on Saturday. Bureau said rains fell over Maleha, al Madam, Al Falaj and Al Fayah in Sharjah. Al Ain's Al Shiweb and Nahil areas were also affected by showers.

Earlier, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said the weather for today is fair in general but partly cloudy in some areas and hazy at times in the eastern part of the country. Met also forecast an increase in temperatures today.
