Video: Sheikha Fatima orders distribution of iftar meals in UAE's industrial areas

Abu Dhabi - The move stems from Sheikha Fatima's keenness to provide essential items to workers affected by precautionary measures instigated to contain the spread of Covid-19.

Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), and Honorary President of the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), has issued directives to provide iftar meals in select locations in the UAE's industrial areas.
The move stems from Sheikha Fatima's keenness to provide essential items to workers affected by the precautionary measures instigated to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
Over 14,700 iftar meals will be distributed daily in the industrial areas by teams who will abide by all necessary safety procedures.
