Video: Sharjah Ruler's Ramadan call to Emirati boy melts hearts online

An Emirati boy had a simple wish for Ramadan - to be able speak to and greet His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. 

The Sharjah Ruler granted it right away. The kid named Mohammed Khamis Al Naqbi was ecstatic as he received a call from Sheikh Sultan. In a post that went viral on social media, little Mohammed can be heard expressing his Ramadan wishes for the Ruler over the phone and then asking how he was doing.

Mohammed's father also took the chance to greet Sheikh Sultan.

He shared how his son was always looking forward to the TV show  'Al Khat Al Mubasher' (the direct line) so he can listen to the Ruler responding to people's questions.
